Angry boi

It's probably hard to see, but it's Sweden. The uniform is from the end of the 1600's (Northern war for an example) and the hairstyle is just something that was very common at that time for the Soldiers. This was during Sweden's golden age when Sweden was more of an empire than just a nation.
