here is an updated Norway with more accurate hair

I think you did really well under the constraints! Brother Sweden is nailed. so to speak. Instantly recognisable. The argyle sweater was more difficult to parse, given how many countries use red & blue, but the hair really helps. It's a safe assumption that a fish is not among the hair accessories. I'm also assuming they don't have any nordic-style sweaters, which is a crime. (I don't play.)
Parenthetical: I saw a news photo recently of Fiji's fight against a covid outbreak, and one of the persons in the photo was wearing a tropical T-shirt with a nordic snowflake design printed on it around the yoke and shoulders.

@wavewright62 thank you I really wanted to give them outfits I thought fit their personalities while having the same colors as their flags or looking as similar as possible, Sweden is one of my favorites I really loved the yellow suit vest on him

I think they do have Nordic-style sweaters is that none of them were in the colors I needed, and they mostly winter-feast I wanted a more everyday casual sweater

@zhouhuanyue if you have a sims 4 you can play find him in sims 4 public gallery tiltle SatW by the user ABtheButterfly though if you don't the packs I used you would have redo their hair and clothes I think Norway hair is default but I know Denmark's hair is from romantic garden pack

Oooh, nice! Take my upvote! I like King Europe the best here. He's definitely the closest match to their SATW character, all he needs is the EU shirt!

@Yeehaw0 thank you I tried my best to match the characters to the sims I like sister america cause she the only one who has shirt similar to her flag. I think I got pretty good hair style for Denmark. Finding clothes for bro America was the hardest I almost gave him red and white strip sweater but I did not like it so I gave white shirt and plaid shirt instead

Denmark's hairstyle is surprisingly close, considering how specific his cut is.

if you want to know why I didn't use the update Norway is because the hairstyle wasn't available when I made the Norway sim the first time and this hair is part of a free update, and I can't edit the picture so I just put the update Norway in the comment section
