Written by Icelandic composer Jón Leifs in 1964, the piece called Hekla, Op 52, requires four sets of rocks hit with hammers, steel plates, anvils, sirens, cannons and metal chains to play.

If Netherland (Netherlands sound awkward when you refer to a person so I'm going with his Dutch name) had a snake shoved down his pants or something I could see that, but this lacks context. I could see Australia pulling something like he did with Denmark (aka offering him a golden gaytime) but instead of ice cream he gets a snek dropped down his pants.
....... care to explain what I'm looking at? This needs context.
