Nyaff is Scottish Slang for "Irritating person" which is how Scotland is feeling having England chew/suck on the sleeve of his arm

originally this was gonna be a reference to Megan and Harry and Oprah interview which why England is doing it but I thought to just leave it as it was cause Scotland looking straight at the camera like in the office was funny enough
