originally I wasn't going to give Japan a Santa hat but I wanted it to be Christmasy theme and I thought it is cute in the cotton ball was a Pokeball and then I thought it be cute if Japan wore a Jigglypuff Santa hat,

also, Japan gonna eat extra crispy chicken he's happy
