Coca Cola
This comic is meant to be about the Cuban embargo—a U.S. government-imposed trade and economic ban on Cuba. It was enacted in the 1960s to pressure the country into adopting democratic reforms. Since the islands resources are pretty limited, it can be hard to create things that you’d find in just about any other place.
And yes, it means that the Cuban people get no Coca Cola. :lol:
