@finnhare Not at all an special opinion, me thinks. It is sort of strange when you have a Finn who thinks positively about Russia is immediately condemned. I'm not afraid of Russia as you are. You concentrate only on the wars that we have had in the past. But think about this: Where we would be without the Russian Imperium. The Tzar gave us our own government, own currency and our own army. Plus a wealth of different workplaces for our poor nation. The Soviet Union was also an important trade partner for us. Sure they demanded reparations after the war but that only helped to kick-start our own economy. I feel like I also have to mention that it was the Soviet Union that first recognized us as an independent country.
