So the Danes peel their cheese like vegetables? We do get Norwegian style cheese slicers here but the Brits tend to trust in the sturdy cheese knife. Which has two specialised prongs on the end for lifting the bit of cheese after you have cut it. It helps that we have a lot of hard cheeses. I don't think I'd like to attack a block of cheddar with either of the Nordic instruments...
