@Khill_300 Actually the foot binding thing started out pretty innocuously. Way back in the day dancers would tie a ribbon loosely around their feet so their steps would be lighter, kind of like ballet. People liked how it looked so much that they started doing it, and over time the practice simply became more extreme. It's comparable to corsets in Europe, which repositions your organs and does weird stuff to your back and your muscles.
