It's banned on airlines because a can of it burst en route from Sweden to the U.S. and they made an emergency landing in Canada because it smelled so bad they thought it was a biochemical attack. Usually you have to open it outside and underwater. One time a can leaked all over my cousin's shirt and they had to burn it.
