@ScottishHetalianCat How I freaked out a Jehovah's Witness: started with a pentacle necklace and a purple chemise. Answering the door barefoot, holding a chalice half-filled with mead, incense in the air, I probably freaked them badly. {giggle} They didn't stay for the rose-frosted sugar cookies (rose sugar is a main ingredient in the frosting). It's my tradition for Beltane!
They never came back to that address again. Alas, we moved and I wasn't dressed to scare this time.
Obligatory deer mention: There were so many deer in the Raleigh - Cary, NC area that one almost ran into the back of my car. My left rear fender would have been seriously dented.
