Finland is the most gender equal. We don't even have gender-based pronouns like he or she, his or hers, our personal pronouns are gender-less.
And our women wear very much the same kind of sweatsuits and t-shirts and crocs than men unless it's wedding or independence day or something. So we are almost like a Star trek civilization in gender equality. :D
