There will probably be, barring systemic factors in education for example disadvantaging women (and that is something that ought to be corrected as well in terms of giving women employment should it exist), as many qualified women as qualified men for any given job, however people might overlook that and instead favour hiring less qualified men over more qualified women, or more likely arbitrarily favour a man over a woman if both are equally qualified.
