@Finn123 This is a sad misapprehension of how the system works.
It's quite easy getting worked up over single cases the press has worked into something they are not. Or are just that, a single case, not representative of how the law is carried out.
If you are actually interested in finding out if your bias is true, I would highly recommend reading criminal court cases from any of the Nordic countries.
They are available as public record, some with the names stricken.
In far the most cases, there are valid reasons as to why the sentenses were as they were.
