Goodbye forever 20 1, 6:15am

Pretty much on the money there.
I am UK Resident, and Swedish Resident at the same time (3 months UK, 3 months Sweden) for work, this really made my decision easier to decide where I am placing my permanent roots after Brexit.

Whilst I've always viewed politicians as having to be fairly narcissistic, recently it's being taken to a new level.
It's one thing to have a high opinion of your abilities, but it helps if you have a track record of success when you go around sprouting this kind of nonsense.

Following the speech of Theresa May at the WEF, I am of the opinion that what Theresa May wants is entirely irrelevant.
Two years is not enough time to negotiate a useful trade agreement without resorting to the one-size-fits-all of the single market, which she says she refuses to do. Even if the UK could negotiate something reasonable there are 27 member states who have a veto.
And considering this, why oh why does she persist in insulting the EU like this?
She implied that inside the EU, the UK is somehow not global, with the further implication that the EU prevents its members from being active global players? This is absolute codswallop and riles the people she needs to flatter. It's a facile view of EU membership.
