Brexit would never "destroy Britain"... It will however most likely hamper or even "destroy" the British economy's status. Why have we not seen the effect yet? Well because Brexit hasn't started yet... There were an election, and a result was reached, but said result has not been started yet.
An analogy would be that Britain has just started a divorce with the EU, but it is not official yet... Unless Britain gets a deal with free access to the EU-market, the British economy will have some serious issues... around 70% of British trade goes to the EU, most of forigen companies set up in Britain (being either trade or production) are there principle on the knowledge that Britain has free access to the single biggest market in the world.
If Britain gets access, Brexit might not be problematic... But why should Britain get access, without ending up in a weaker political position (that happens to be the issue in the first place)? Why should the EU just grant Britain access? The EU would collapse in a week.
Your post shows a lack of insight, lack of reflection... Worst of all, pride in a lack of knowledge... Please try to at least use a little logic before you make claims about things you don't know a lot about.
