@EduardoSilva Actually, I see this comic as very accurately written. Just because other countries, especially ones closer to NK, are doing things that a target country COULD take as provocation does not mean that they have been more or less out of nowhere increasing the intensity (and obnoxiousness and stupidity) of their provocations.
Trump, however, has acted extremely childishly and irresponsibly with international relations, and he has already come dangerously close to straight-up calling the ruler of NK stupid and childish. NK could easily choose to take this offensive attitude towards their Supreme Leader as war-worthy provocation, more so than the other stuff they have put up with, and thus the US is very definitely the sole provocateur in particular need of scolding at the moment.
