@TheDungen North Korea keeps firing missiles over Japan already, and I know that this will only get worse if the US keeps going like this. North Korea doesn't care who's strong and who isn't. Right now, they're already pretty isolated both diplomatically and economically. If either way means the country's going down, North Korea wants to go down the aggressive way.
Besides- since when has Kim thought of consequences when he did something? He does what he wants at the moment.
