Government propaganda managed to stir anti-western sentiments without any actual quotes or facts anyway. And if you think that Kim Jong-Un is willing to effectively commit suicide over being trolled on Twitter, you'd have to explain how he survived to this day. Trump either puts on the show for his fans, or tries to make Nork leadership feel uncertain in it's expectations.
Kim Jong-un was made angry back in the beginning of 2016, and it was a joint effort by all relevant countries. Being called "fat" in internet is nowhere close to receiving an ultimatum that amounts to "disarm and submit, or else".
