@Hanna_Szczepanski I do not know, of course, but I have the impression that the comic is more the result of a) a general dislike for President Trump (which I, by the way, share) and b) the classic, old-fashioned antiamericanism (their version of the "Empirephobia"). I do not think that many readers here put themselves in the place of their own leaders so that they would do something as a reaction to the feelings these leaders may have.
