@Nisse_Hult Boyfriend is from Iceland so he's been telling me all about those traditions. He also has a 3 year old son. It works out because the kid literally gets 2 Christmases: Christmas Eve has always been Icelandic Christmas (opening gifts from Icelandic family) with Christmas Day being Canadian Christmas.
