@SisterIceland It is really wierd, I've read that skyr has become somewhat of an international success. But obviously not in Sweden; I remember ads for skyr running on TV with a very badass Icelandic woman drinking skyr and restoring an old fishing boat in some very rough whether, but that was a couple of years ago, and I haven't found any skyr in stores since then. I guess the kvarg has taken over (kvarg is a sort of high-protein kind of yoghurt, and it is everywhere in every possible flavour). Skyr does seem to be a thing i Denmark, though,
