Giving guns to teachers is an idea that only someone who has never been a teacher in their life would think up (I'd like to say "or a parent" but Donny has him some kids... not that it would surprise me to learn he paid other people to do the stressful parts of raising them).
All that will result is a bunch of dead students and a teacher being led away in handcuffs with a smile on her face. "I've been fantasizing about doing that for 24 years! Thank you Trump!!!"
