Uninvited Guest

Everybody knows everybody on the Faroe Islands so they don't lock their doors and anybody can walk into their houses, even when nobody's home. It's impolite to do it to people you aren't friends with, but it happens.

Once I found a drunk man sleeping in my attic. He had locked himself in because the door was open and he was drunk, tired and cold, so he let himself in. It was so amusing seeing him the day after all confused of where he was and how he got there. The morning after I gave him some breakfast, coffee and lent him my phone so that he could get someone to pick him up.

Reminds me of when I broke into my friends house and kicked down the door to his bedroom, holding his flour as hostage. Never seen him that scared before.

I first discovered this site back when this was the newest comic. I was alarmed by the fact that the text on this tab was "Uninvited Guest", as I thought the site was passive-aggressively telling me to get an account.

Moral of the story: Never put 'The Silence of the Lambs' and 'Home Inspector's Guide to Basements & Crawl Spaces' next to each other on the bookshelf.

Don't judge a book by its cover. What if the guy was just trying to give you some Danish butter cookies? (I was eating some at the time reading this, okay??)
