@Dilandu just because you don't like something, doesn't mean it's stupid. It's a common thing I see a lot. you want trump to do well, so you'll pick and choose to make it seem like he's doing well. admittedly, people who dislike him do the same thing. but at some point, you have to realize...there was no plan. this isn't "realpolitik". you say you don't like it when people go in with worthless assurances, and that's a valid point. but then you turn right around and applaud his assurances with nothing to back them up. it's the same thing, but you like *this* because you like the guy. That's not a good way to approach anything in life. And this isn't even including the fact that both koreas were in talks before he showed up.

I hope something positive does come out of this. I want him to do well. I don't enjoy disliking him, him doing poorly affects everyone. But he's got to stop halfassing everything. and it'd be nice if his supporters held him to a higher standard too. it might inspire him to actually try if he wasn't constantly being fed praise for other people's efforts. That's how you get spoiled children.
