The only reason there is a slight adjustment from the media surrounding North Korea (Not considering Trump) is that there is a new leader. However their policies has been more strict than before towards their own and towards their neighbours, the rhetoric has worsen in many cases (not helped by Trump).
Your ignorance on how things have been before has blinded you to how things are going now. This is not only on North Korea, this is about the US as well.
