@TeXaSBoI No, we don't have air condition in most homes. I assume in some that would even be illegal due to historic monument conservation issues. But mostly, it's that most people won't think of this, unless there is that unusual heatwave. Even hospitals, doctors' offices and similar public buildings don't necessarily have air condition. It used not to be neccessary.
