We apologise for someone else stumbling into us, we make friendly chitchat with strangers, and offer to help total strangers. Apparently, it's not always the case other places. I went to New York City, and when we asked a couple of a restaurant was good. The ignored us the first two times we asked. Go figure. And hey, you don't have to pay for health insurance or education.
