@Lichruler Made and *registered* before '86... a few years back, the ATF was trying to order a WWI Maxim machine gun found in a library attic had to be destroyed, because no one knew it was there and it hadn't been registered. It was a war trophy brought back for a parade in honor of Sgt Alvin York, one of many he had captured.
