In France there is "Il pleut comme une vache qui pisse", which translate to "It’s raining like a cow peeing" (meaning it rains a lot), very classy ^^
But I think it may be regional, because when I speak to people from others region they tend to use simply "il pleut des cordes" (it's raining ropes), but I'm not sure, maybe there's just 2 versions.
