@minimilk Judging by the pictures, I'm not surprised. Many people are too enamored with this young handsome/beautiful charismatic leader, that is both tough and has great governing abilities. But the truth is, people need more than passion and knowledge - they really do need lots and lots of experience to be good leaders, the reality is, most young people are passionate but they are just not as competent as older people with more experience to work from.
