Not about to hold my singular life experience up as some statistically valid sample size, but I've known several examples of the exact opposite: Socially very aggressive and dominant women who have confused bullying behaviors, verbal and emotional abuse as "leadership".
Mind you, I've known men like that too, and both men and women who were actually good leaders that inspired, cooperated and LED others rather than just threatening them into obedience.
I suppose my biggest dispute with your statement is the generalization implying ALL women are better leaders, and ALL men only think they are. Definitely not the case.
