Pizza ordering doesn't exactly work the same way in Scandinavia as it does in America.
Pizzerias here have a menu of various predetermined pizza compositions to choose from. An option to have a pizza where you choose all the topping yourself do exist in a lot of pizzerias here, but is not the standard procedure.
