See here, they both have a "pizza alla capricciosa" on the menu, but one lists salami (along with ham, mushrooms, and artichoke) as part of the topping and the other doesn't. And don't get me started on "house style" or how dissimilar spices or the cheese can get for "the same pizza" from one pizzeria to the next ...

(Still, if *I* were the emcee of original Italian cuisine visiting Germany, I'd rather have a fit over "Italian" restaurants much more often listing a dish of fried potatoes than any sort of risotto. And I'm grinding my teeth to call either that.)
