Maybe that's intentional. Fireworks and their colors were invented a really long time ago

In college I took a fireworks class. They explained that if you work professionally in fireworks, if you order from china, never order "assorted colors" or you'll always get red/orange/green because they're the cheapest. You have to specify each color.
