Short explanation: in Colombian Andean Region near Bogota we use Galinsoga (locally called "guasca") as a key ingredient for a thick soup called "ajiaco".

And no, we don't cook anything with "recreational" plants like cannabis -except the very well known brownies- or coca leaves.

@Landcfan No and no. We're a mix, and we don't define ourselves by our heritage. The tan one is Humon's version of Colombia, the one with the machete is my version of Brother Colombia (for me, Colombia's supposed to be a woman)
