Short explanation: in Colombian Andean Region near Bogota we use Galinsoga (locally called "guasca") as a key ingredient for a thick soup called "ajiaco".

And no, we don't cook anything with "recreational" plants like cannabis -except the very well known brownies- or coca leaves.
