Even if they're neutral, they still fight a lot just like normal countries. Btw Switzerland is choking Sweden because they got into a fight and Switz wasn't in the mood for Sweden's teasing, in my HC's they bicker and fight a lot. I don't know why but they do, but it's rarely out of malice. Switzerland will calm down when Liechtenstein gives him some Toblerone and coffee.
