In Paris, they made the beds in the Olympic village out of flimsy cardboard to stop them from banging.
As if the world's most athletic, fit young people could be stopped by unstable beds...

@FrankNStein that's a myth. They actually made beds out of cardboard to be environmentally conscious. Then the internet got hold of the fact and ran wild with it. And some news outlets too.

@FrankNStein Thesaya already pointed out some of it, but if it was really true about the beds they also wouldn't have handed out condoms in Paris as well. It is normal
