He was trying to show Brother America about his secret national sport that he had. As he showed America on how to play it. He was impressed that America threw tejo at the box of clay and then an explosion happened. It seems that America wasn't satisfied about that sport.
He makes a second appearance in Two birds in the hand?.
He is usually seen with a wide white hat.
