Romania introduced in http://satwcomic.com/child-of-the-night is a male character, but the different is that he is a vampire, though he is more interest in sucking you out of your money than sucking your blood, and doesn't seem to be effected by the sun or not, in the second comic Romania was in, he was seen acting out Dracula with The Netherlands, until England scared them away. Romania was in the 2013 Satw Eurovision http://satwcomic.com/eurovision-2013 result comic were he was wearing a sparkling fur coat.

Romania has white skin, red eyes, and black short hair, and wears a Romania flag shirt and gray pants and black shoes, and has a black on the outside and red on the inside cape.
