He was the product of England, who wanted a place to start his pirate radio broadcasting station in international waters. After realizing what he had done, England tried to take it back, but it was too late. Sealand is comprised of a tiny fort that was used in World War II (No Joints for Children). He is depicted as a child who's always crying because nobody takes him seriously. He has a boat (for obvious reasons) and is so lonely he is willing to pay people to be his aristocracy. Also his name is Peter Kirkland, and loves the mirconation of Wy. He hates England, who he calls the biggest british jerk, and now lives with Finland and Sweden. LIKE KAWIAL-DESU!~
