LOST

We always talk about how our planet is getting smaller, but then things like this happen and we realize just how huge it is.

Also, new more expressive eyes for the Asians.

We tend to forget how three-dimensional our planet is.

Until it smacks us in the face.

Planes going down in the ocean are so hard to find. We know more about the surface of the moon than we do about the bottom of our oceans.

Lol, funny how ppl here take it so casually. Chinese ppl r angrier than all the other countries, pointing the blame to malaysia, but really, they are very egotistical, since most passengers r chinese they acted this way. If not, they won't care. I admire australia, for their action in the search. Well cannot really blame malaysia since it is just a developing country with no experience in handling this stuff. They relied on info provided by the british, but i dont see chn ppl complaining to british embassy. Why china, like to bully those weaker than u? Spratly islands not enuf for u? Im ethnic chinese too btw, but i find my own ppl selfish, lol. I do want to know what happened thou, very curious and unfortunate, certainly dont want this to happen to anyone, but blaming other ppl is not the way to go. Nobody's perfect, stuff happened.

The whole incident always reminds me of the TV show Lost. Maybe they're all stuck on a mysterious magical island.

As a Chinese-Malaysian, I can confidently say that I am slightly surprised that you used the Chinese-Malaysian look (20-30% of our country) look for the character. Rather than the Malay look (70%ish of the population).

Unfortunately, they officially called off the search for the plane a few days ago. It's over.
