Sources include: "A Dictionary of Angels" by Gustav Davidson, "Lesser Key of Solomon", "Dictionnaire Infernal" by Jacques Albin Simon Collin de Plancy.

For the angels I used The Ruling Princes of The Nine Celestial Orders because it's the only hierarchy that names angels in all the orders and it uses the most commonly accepted hierarchy. It also says Metatron is just another Seraphim, while in most other texts he is called "king of angels", "voice of God" or is said to be the only angel sitting by God's side. So he got a special place on the poster. I also added Ridwan and Dominion because they are lesser known but interesting.

For the demons I used the Lesser Key of Zolomon and Dictionnaire Infernal which use most of the same demons, except Dictionnaire Infernal doesn't really put them in a hierarchy. Adramelech for example only appears in Dictionnaire Infernal, but I wanted to add him because the concept of Lucifer having a close friend is interesting.
Lilith appears in neither, but she has since become part of the lore and is said to be a princess of hell and the wife of both Asmodeus and Samael.
