This is such a daily habit of mine. During my pinning ceremony for nursing school I kept bowing every time...apparently my class thought it was cute. :P

Someone once asked me if was head banging, just because I nod when I'm apologising, greeting or thanking.

My japanese friend: Akuluk、贈り物をありがとうございます (Akuluk, okurimono o arigatōgozaimasu) (Akuluk, thank you for the gift) and bows... ALOT. She also adds the suffixes -shi, -chan, -san, or even -sama
