Azerbaijan
Azerbaijan made his first appearance in Eurovision 2013, although he was first mentioned in The Winner Is, the Eurovision comic of 2011, the year he won. Because Azerbaijan is considered by many to be located in Asia, he was a stranger to most of the European characters (including King Europe), except for Norway, who did not get in that year and instead watched the competition from home.
He looks similar to Ukraine, they even were seen in two comics
