India is a man with a large beard and a purple pagri. He was, like Brazil, featured as one of the countries yelling at Greenland for hunting whales in a comic that has since been deleted.

India later made an additional appearance in "So long suckers", where he laments with China and Faroe Islands on his low population of women. His design has been notably altered since his first appearance, now having a clean shave and no longer sporting his pagri. He also appeared in the comic Love Snake, where he tricked England with his snake breeding, as there was a reward for dead snakes. When the reward was cancelled, India released the snakes and England ended up with a serious problem.
