When she catches Sister America trying to play with her daughter's hair, she chastises her about how disrespectful it is to touch other people's children's hair without permission, and that she is tired of white tourists constantly coming in trying to do such. Sister America apologizes, but can't help trying to touch Tanzania's hair as well, further provoking her.
