"Before you go any further, you should know I'm not Sister Thailand. I'm Brother Thailand." Thailand is an effeminate, cross-dressing man (in Thai language, he is a kathoey). He is different from trans women because he identifies himself as male. In the comic, "No Surprise", Denmark flirts with him in a bar setting, mistakenly calling him a "lady". Thailand is quick to correct Denmark by saying that he is not "Sister Thailand", but rather "Brother Thailand". Denmark pauses, confused, but then continues to flirt with Thailand, even offering to buy him beer instead of a cocktail.
