Why did the United States get involved in the Persian Gulf War?
From my understanding, America got involved in the SECOND Persian Gulf War because Iraq invaded Kuwait, and Iraq would not leave. But I honestly think it was because Kuwait gave us a lot of oil. :P

Why did the United States get involved in World War II?
The reason that pushed the U.S. into WWII was the bombing of Pearl Harbor by Japan.

Why did the United States get involved in the Korean War?
Because the North Koreans (Communists) invaded South Korea (Democratic/Republicans/Capitalists). The U.S. wanted tot stop the spread of Communism.
Why did the United States get involved in the Vietnam War?
Same thing with Korea, just in Vietnam.
