Dark Sun

People rented hotel rooms 16 years in advance to see the total eclipse on the Faroe Islands, so the people who were too slow had to rent rooms with private people, which didn't come cheap. And to top it off, it was overcast on the day of the eclipse.

I watched it during Maths class! Everyone was really excited and our maths teacher had live coverage on the projector.

I don't need to go see eclipses, I can just bask in the glory of overcast dark days all the time in rainy Alba : )

In the Faroe Islands, They have some sunny days but a small chance of it, Then it just turns back to cloudy again cause of the a lot of eclipses on the Faroe Islands, I don't know why weather on the Faroe Islands change each year.. But the faroese people probably don't care

Ugh, I know this feeling. I just paid for reservations at a stargazing park and can only hope that it's not cloudy that day.

Faroe needed a minute to wrap his head around WHO it is who just said "We'll pay anything".
"Anything" means something different out of the mouths of two of the largest financial superpowers in the world. LOL
